We are happy to tell you about our new project – Warmer Derby & Derbyshire 4 (WDD4)!
This project started in February 2025, and we will be helping refugees in Derby and Derbyshire for the next two years.
What we do:
✅ We help you with gas and electricity issues.
✅ We can visit your home and give you free advice on how to use less energy and save money on your bills.
✅ We give FREE Warm Packs to help you stay warm.
✅ We can help you with fuel vouchers, Primark vouchers (for those who have just moved in into their new homes), and other useful support.
Warm Packs include useful items like:
🧣 Hat, socks, gloves, snood, blanket, hot water bottle
💡 Energy-saving LED light bulbs, automatic light, remote control plug socket
🌡️ CO alarm, thermometer, humidity checker (hygrometer)
🚪 Draught-proofing tape, multi-tool key
Everything we give you is FREE!
